Carter, Inc. is a builder / developer located in Montgomery County, MD. We specialize in building on "infill" sites in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington and Silver Spring, MD. After working for his father in the building business for a few years, Carter Willson started his own business as Carter, Inc. in 1980. Since then we have built numerous custom homes, semi-custom homes and completed several land development projects.

We attribute our success to location, product, price and timing along with a positive working relationship with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, bankers, lawyers, real estate agents and county government employees.
